筱原智（村上虹郎 饰）是在青叶北高就读的高三学生，一天，他在河边弹奏吉他时，被恰好经过的转学生森山燐（吉田円佳 饰）给瞧见了。森山被阿智所展露的杰出音乐天赋所吸引，强烈邀请阿智加入学校的乐队，参加学园祭的演出。在半推半就之下，阿智同意了。　　就这样，阿智成为了校乐队中的一员，开始为学园祭演出做准备，在此过程中，森山一直陪伴在他的身边，支持和鼓励着他。最终，乐队的演出大获成功，但与此同时，森山却病倒了。　　森山患上了不治之症，在她虚弱的躺在病床上时，阿智选择了向她告白，虽然内心里喜欢着阿智，但森山还是拒绝了。
